Dr. Om Dutt Tyagi

Chairman and Managing Director

Dr. Om Dutt Tyagi is an active player in pharmaceutical industry for over 35 years. He is PhD from Delhi University and post doctorate from University of Southern Denmark Odense in Organic Chemistry. He has enriched his industrial experience with his earlier assignments at Mylan, Lupin, Ranbaxy and Unimark. With his broad vision, business acumen and commitment, he made huge turnaround impact in his previous organizations through techno-commercial and operation strategies. He is a highly energetic Entrepreneur. His in-depth knowledge in research and business strategies makes him an outstanding and passionate Entrepreneur in the Pharma industry.

Ms. Rakhi Rohra

Director

Ms. Rakhi Rohra has over 24 years of rich experience in Pharma formulations. She holds her M.Pharm, LLB degree and PG Diploma in IPR from Mumbai. Her research and IP knowledge makes her a unique techno-legal expert. She was earlier associated with Rhone Poulenc (now Sanofi), Novartis, Sandoz, Zydus Cadila, Glenmark and Unimark, handling development of oral, topicals, injectables, Para IV ANDA litigations with remarkable leadership skills. She is a self-motivated and dynamic pharma professional. She strategizes the product pipeline through her techno-legal skills, extending her leadership up to formulation development including all aspects of IP.

Dr Tushar Kumar Srivastava

Executive VP – Operations

Dr. Tushar Srivastava has been in pharma industry for over 24 years. He is PhD in Organic Chemistry from Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow. He is an excellent example of a research expert switching to business profile taking along with him expertise of chemistry in running the business operations. Through his earlier assignments with CDRI, Ranbaxy, Lupin, Mylan and Unimark Remedies, he has a rich exposure to product lifecycle management beginning from Product Selection upto its commercialisation. His determination and commitment knows no limits. At OMSAV, he has been involved from the brick laying stage to set,run and manage operations of API and formulations including Business strategies and Alliance management.

Mr. Kewal Handa

Independent Director

Mr. Kewal Handa is a visionary with a rich experience in Pharma business management . He is an expert advisor in Mergers and Acquisitions. He has been in key roles as CFO and Managing Director at Pfizer. He has received Bharat Shiromani Award in 2007 and the Pharma Leader – Pharma Professionals of the year 2010. With his immense business knowledge and Strategic advice on financial management, he guides OMSAV to attain strategic goals.

Mr. R. K. Shah

Independent Director

Mr. R.K. Shah has a very rich experience in Pharma Operations and Supply chain management. He was earlier associated with Pfizer managing Strategy and Outsourcing portfolio, in a Directorial position for Strategy and Outsourcing at Pfizer. Through his excellent networking,negotiation skills and strategic planning, he adds value to OMSAV for commercial way forward.

Dr Himadri Sen

Independent Director

Dr Himadri Sen, the name itself is a Brand in Pharma formulations. With around 40 years of industrial experience, he has held key leadership positions in reputed companies including Lupin, Ranbaxy, Squibb. He has been Strategic Advisor and Board member to make a turnaround in growing Pharma Organisations. He mentors OMSAV contributes with his unmatched knowledge and technical strategies on Product portfolio.
